Charter Application Submission

This form is to submit your charter application to the Florida Charter Institute to be authorized by the Florida Charter Institute. We highly recommend you review the RFP the FCI has released before uploading your documents. You can find the application at https://flcharterinstitute.org/apply.

All documents outlined within the RFP must be submitted here on this page. If you have a document that can not be uploaded, such as a Google Spreadsheet (the CSU Budget Template), you can share the file with info@flcharterinstitute.org.
